We follow our producers 12 months a year. The chestnuts arrive in our company directly from the production areas, are sterilized in water alone at 50 ° C, calibrated and dried for several days in suitable rooms.
They are then selected by expert hands on sorting belts and polished before packaging without adding chemicals.
